fautrever.com
“Travel Adventures with Lance and Erin” provides an arena to showcase Erin’s photography and writing and my design and web development skills; here we share our adventures and stories with friends and family. We are currently living and working full-time from our RV, and so it’s a great way for people to answer the question, “Where are you now?”
Recent CakePHP project: The newest work for fautrever.com is a CakePHP app that manages our Visited Places — where we’ve slept, dined, and adventured as part of our RV travels around the USA. The Visited Places app relies heavily on the Google Maps API to show the cities and locations, and also meshes WordPress and CakePHP database queries together to show relevant content: on WordPress blog posts and content pages we show related Visited Places, and on city and state pages we show related posts and pages.
Explore our Visited Places to see more.
